Charles is OXWED’s Development Manager. He is responsible for co-ordinating various elements of the project through the planning and delivery process. Charles works closely with Kevin and the wider professional team to develop the Oxpens masterplan, oversee the planning process and to prepare the project for the development phase.

Charles is a chartered surveyor with 30 years of property investment, development and management experience. Charles has previously worked at Cushman & Wakefiled, Conrad Ritblat (now Colliers) and Raglan Property.

In 2009 Charles established his own real estate advisory business and has acted on behalf of private property investors, institutional investment funds, developers and a bank. Charles has secured a number of high value planning consents on behalf of clients as well as acting on property acquisitions and disposals and a variety of asset management initiatives.
