Jane has worked at Oxford City Council for some 10 years. Previously she was an equity partner at NAI Fuller Peiser where she had responsibility for all UK transactional business and development and EMEA responsibility for the firm’s logistics business. She trained with the portfolio sales and purchase team at King Sturge (now JLL) with responsibility for fronting multi million pound disposals.

Transactions include:

• Speculative funding of Logistics portfolio with Gazeley.

• Portfolio sales for legal and general, Quintain, Brixton.

• Advice on sale by shares of national enterprise centre portfolio and development sites for RBS.

• Advice on airport fund properties.

• Procurement and running of Joint Venture to develop Barton Park (885 residential and mixed use scheme).

• Income strip to fund hotel in centre of Oxford.

Jane now runs the Corporate Property team at the City Council which consists of over 400 occupational and investment assets and development opportunities. She is a Director of The Council’s three housing companies and the Project Lead for Barton Oxford LLP, a joint venture with Grosvenor England and Ireland.
